My Little Gracie Girl...

As I posted most recently, it's christmas card time, and everyone is getting photos of their little ones. Well its the same in our household - time for another photo of Gracie (as if she hasn't had enough already!). We wanted something that was casual and showed Grace being herself (happy, goofy, silly - just like her parents). Of course the moment we get the camera out and set up a light or two, she won't sit still, she won't make funny faces, and she won't look where we want her to - perfect. After a few frustrating moments, we decided to turn some music on - Wa La! It's all it took. She is a dancing and bouncing fool! The smiles and laughs poured out. A few frames later, we had a Christmas card. So, if your reading this before you get yours - sorry to spoil it for you.

Christmas Card Time!!

Clients are always wanting holiday photos of their kids for cards to send to friends and family this time of year. It's been pretty busy lately with those kinds of shoots, so I thought I'd post a couple of my favorites.

Caden's One Year Photos.

Caden is the son of a couple who's wedding I recently photographed. He turned one this October so his parents wanted to make sure they had a few more memories from this milestone age. What a fun kid! He brought along his laughing Elmo to make sure there were plenty of giggles!

MSU Basketball is underway!

Although it's just exhibition season, the Spartan basketball teams began play this week at the Breslin Center. Here are a few of my favorites from their opening games. As always, you can view my online galleries of all MSU sports ONLINE.

I just had the pleasure of photographing a good friends wedding in Chicago this past Saturday. It was as beautiful as it gets in March in the midwest, so the day was perfect, and everyone had a blast! Here are a few images from the afternoon.

THERESA & ANDREW ENGAGEMENTS - LANSING, MI

Just had the pleasure of spending a couple hours with Andrew and Theresa in downtown Lansing. They have their wedding planned for fall of '08, but wanted some wintery shots for their engagements. I just had a meeting with Michigan State University on Friday and they've hired me to be their new sports photographer!
